Personalised diagnostic assessment to identify each team member's management style, leadership strengths and development priorities.

Leadership Intensive

Two days of in-person training designed for your team, including practical insights from experienced start-up operators and leadership principles from compelling speakers.

Ongoing Coaching

Ongoing 1-to-1 sessions with experienced coaches and leaders to support each participant's development as a manager, addressing challenges as they arise.

Instilling management essentials

Each participant will finish with their own management toolkit, including training on how to shape their team's culture, set the right goals, track team performance, lead effective meetings, as well as the fundamentals of hiring, onboarding and managing individual performance.
