Management Diagnostic

Designed using the input of seasoned leaders and experts the Leadership Diagnostic Assessment gives each participant an understanding of their strengths, development areas, what they need to be able to fulfil their potential as a leader and how to manage situations they are likely to find pressurised or frustrating.

We also use the insights from these sessions to design the Leadership Intensive with you so that it meets the needs of each team member.

Leadership Intensive

A 2-day residential designed for your company, the Intensive provides a safe space for your team to develop their management toolkit. We work hand-in-hand with you to design the programme for these two days so that it best meets your needs.

Your team can cover a full range of topics including individual management, team culture & organisation, strategy & performance, communication & self-leadership. They’ll receive input from experienced start-up operators and compelling trainers, as well as honing their skills through hands-on workshops.

Ongoing 1-to-1 coaching

After the Leadership Intensive, each participant can opt into 1:1 coaching to work with one of our coaches on a monthly basis - for 6 or 12 months - to implement what they’ve learned, address new challenges and continue to grow as a leader.
