We also use the insights from these sessions to design the Leadership Intensive with you so that it meets the needs of each team member.
A 2-day residential designed for your company, the Intensive provides a safe space for your team to develop their management toolkit. We work hand-in-hand with you to design the programme for these two days so that it best meets your needs.
Your team can cover a full range of topics including individual management, team culture & organisation, strategy & performance, communication & self-leadership. They’ll receive input from experienced start-up operators and compelling trainers, as well as honing their skills through hands-on workshops.
After the Leadership Intensive, each participant can opt into 1:1 coaching to work with one of our coaches on a monthly basis - for 6 or 12 months - to implement what they’ve learned, address new challenges and continue to grow as a leader.
